The East Nashville Water Infrastructure Replacement (WIR) project, led by Metro Water Services, will replace water lines and other infrastructure in the area between Dickerson Pike, Ellington Parkway, and Douglas Avenue, including the McFerrin Park and Cleveland Park neighborhoods. The project will be designed and constructed in phases over the next few years, starting with construction on the first phase in the southwestern section. Once construction on the water infrastructure is complete, Metro will repave the streets—providing an opportunity to improve transportation safety and mobility in the area.
