Neighborhood Safety Day: A Community Talk About Roadway Safety, Trauma and Healing
Join the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT), Metro Public Health Department, and Neighbor 2 Neighbor for an open, supportive conversation about the real impacts of roadway-related fatalities and serious injuries in our community and what we can do together to make our streets safer.
Program Includes:
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Neighborhood walk with NDOT, followed by a facilitated discussion led by Behavioral Health Clinicians from the Metro Public Health Department
11:30 – 12:00 PM: Community safety resource fair with local partners and lunch will be available for attendees from Cocina Movil Costa Oaxaca
The Coleman Regional Community Center is accessible via WeGo Public Transit Route 52 and Route 77 and bike parking is accessible by the front entrance.
